Opening in Spring 2019, this brand new, flexible space has been built with the future of meetings in mind. It’s perfect for town halls, general meetings, product launches, celebrations and conferences and can easily accommodate up to 450 people. It features the latest in amenities including an immersive AV experience with a large format video wall, HD theatre quality audio and video, customizable ambient lighting, multiple display screens and much more.
Known for its stunning architecture, The Bow is a sweeping, open and inspiring multi-purpose space linking all areas of the IFL. It’s the perfect place for private receptions, banquets and trade shows.
The Learning Centre offers comfortable spaces for attendees to meet, collaborate and engage. A mix of meeting rooms and break-out spaces, it’s ideal for groups of 4-60 people.
The Forum is a bright, modern space and can accommodate up to 288 people. The perfect setting for business sessions and special occasions, it is designed with the latest AV equipment, including built in projectors, screens, sound system and a private AV booth.
First Bank Boardroom
Sophisticated and functional, our private executive boardroom accommodates up to 12 people and includes high back leather chairs, custom boardroom table, built-in video conferencing and phone system, and natural lighting.

Who do I contact to book a meeting or conference at the IFL?
Contact Event Reservations or call 416-490-4389 and one of our representatives will be happy to help you.
How do I plan my meeting or conference at the IFL?
Our hospitality provider will assign you a dedicated Conference Planner who will be your single point of contact in both the planning and implementation of your event. Your planner will work with you, taking care of all the details so you can focus on your meeting objectives. Please contact Event Reservations to get started.
What type of events can be hosted at the IFL?
We’re host to a wide variety of events, from intimate meetings to large Town Halls, learning sessions, strategic planning sessions, trade shows, as well as private receptions, awards galas and holiday events. Our facilities are very flexible and can accommodate a wide range of needs.
What room configurations are available?
We offer a range of room styles and configurations to accommodate the needs of your event. View our Room Capacity and Set Ups for more information on the different types of meeting rooms available.
Can I get access to the venue early to set up?
Yes. Talk to your Conference Planner to set up a time to access your venue and set up before your event.
Can I visit the IFL for a tour before booking?
Absolutely. One of our Sales Managers or Conference Planners would be happy to take you on a tour of the IFL so you can see all of the amenities, rooms and services we have to offer. To book a tour, contact Event Reservations or call 416-490-4389.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept Interac, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, cash or company cheques.
Are you able to provide staff for my event?
Yes, the IFL is able to provide a wide variety of event staff. Your dedicated Conference Planner will be happy to discuss staffing requirements and pricing with you.
How do I pay gratuities?
We are a gratuity free facility. Our associates are as attentive as they are friendly. Your comfort is their concern and tipping is not required.
Does the IFL provide technical/audio assistance?
Yes. We have an extensive in-house inventory of audio-visual equipment, and a dedicated on-site team of professional, courteous and highly experienced AV/IT technicians who will help you set up, test and operate your AV presentation, webcast, videoconference, or secure a private network.
Does the IFL have a recycling program?
Yes, the IFL is ISO 14001 certified with an Environmental Management System.
What is the IFL smoking policy?
The IFL is a 100% smoke-free facility with outdoor designated smoking areas in the Courtyard and The English Garden.
Does the IFL have Wi-Fi?
Yes. The IFL provides complimentary Wi-Fi for all guests throughout the facility. If for confidentiality reasons you require a password-protected, secure private network for your meeting, we can provide you with a reliable and secure network for your exclusive use.
Is there a shuttle service?
If you need to shuttle guests between specific locations, the Front Desk or your Conference Planner can help arrange other transportation.
Does the IFL have on site accomodations?
The IFL offers 150 individual guest rooms with a variety of amenities that will make guests feel at home without having to leave the property. We are proudly supported by Dolce Hotels and Resorts, a leading hospitality company. Our Front Desk is open 24 hours a day to ensure your stay is comfortable and secure.
